The return/refund policy will be applicable for all payments made towards Eaccounts Fintech private Limited subscription using the payment gateway as under:
The subscription charges paid for getting the Hawks mobile app is non-refundable.
In case you have paid the charges relating to hawks mobile app subscription multiple times for same mobile device, please write to us at support@hawksindia.in for inform on 98737-99993 or 98737-99994 and we will initiate the necessary procedure to refund your money after verification. In case your payment has been collected by any reseller but not by hawks e-accounting and consultancy private limited, you may request to full refund of the charges from that reseller only.
Remark: The completion of the refund procedure is subject to require verified information provided by you and procedure of agencies such as banks, payment gateways.
